Compensation: 10% commission on closed deals + $4k base/month for the first 2 months, then $2k base/month every month after that.

Your Role:
- Call warm, pre-qualified leads (NO cold calling) and build trust
- Follow up consistently and close deals
- Analyze properties & structure competitive offers
- Manage and track leads through our CRM system
